Rachael O’Toole is an Assistant Solicitor in our litigation department, having joined the firm in 2013.
Since joining the firm, Rachael has gained experience in all areas of litigation including plaintiff and defence litigation.
Rachael practices in commercial litigation with a specific emphasis on recovery work and enforcement acting for financial institutions. Rachael has a wide range of experience across the court jurisdictions in obtaining and enforcing court judgments and other court orders.
