Fiona Manning is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 1996. She specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, insurance defence litigation and professional indemnity.
Fiona represents clients in contractual and commercial disputes. She represents a number of insurance companies in the Circuit and Superior Courts in the defence of employer liability claims, employer practices liability claims and public liability claims. She also acts in professional negligence claims and advises insurers providing professional indemnity cover to solicitors, architects and accountants. She also has experience addressing matters through arbitration and mediation.
Fiona has extensive experience acting for business and commercial clients, insurance companies, financial institutions and private individuals.
