Éadaoin Jackson is an Associate Solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 2012.

She practises in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She represents clients in the Circuit and Superior Courts in contractual and commercial disputes and also professional negligence claims involving solicitors. She also represents many financial institutions in recovery proceedings.

Éadaoin acts for financial institutions, commercial clients, private individuals and companies.

Harry Fehily is Holmes O’Malley Sexton’s managing partner has noted experience of professional negligence claims and insurance defence, where he represents both insurers and professional bodies. He regularly acts on financial lines claims.
