Aoife Coughlan is a Solicitor in our Property Department. She joined the firm in 2017.

Aoife specialises in commercial property. She is experienced in dealing with large scale commercial and residential acquisitions and sales. Aoife acts in landlord and tenant matters and advises on commercial leases. Experienced in insolvency work, Aoife acts in liquidations, receiverships and proceedings under the Bankruptcy Acts.

Aoife acts for large corporate entities and REITs, as well as private clients and receivers.
