We are acting for the University of Limerick in the acquisition of a strategic Limerick city centre site to develop a city centre campus.
Contracts have now been formally signed between the University of Limerick and Dunnes Stores. We are delighted to be acting for the University in the acquisition of this 5,500 square metre site which will form a key part in a €50 million campus development by the college which is paving the way for a university presence in the city. The site was formerly a Dunnes Stores shopping centre in the city centre on Sarsfield Street, located adjacent to the River Shannon.
