Following a successful procurement process, HOMS Solicitors have been appointed as solicitors to Limerick Twenty Thirty Strategic Development DAC (Limerick Twenty Thirty).

HOMS Solicitors looks forward to assisting Limerick Twenty Thirty with its exciting and important task of planning and developing key strategic sites in Limerick city and county which will support enterprise and investment development across Limerick.

Limerick is investing over €1 billion in enterprise and investment infrastructure as part of the Limerick Twenty Thirty Vision: An Economic and Spatial Plan for Limerick, which aims to transform Limerick through the economic, social and physical renaissance of Limerick city centre and the wider Mid-West Region.

Harry Fehily, Managing Partner, HOMS Solicitors, is pictured with the CEO of Limerick Twenty Thirty, David Conway, at HOMS offices, which overlook one of Limerick Twenty Thirty’s five strategic sites, Gardens International Office, which will be nearing completion later this year. Harry welcomed the recent remarks by the Limerick Twenty Thirty chairman, Denis Brosnan, that this development would be the catalyst for a new era of growth for Limerick city.
