It is not yet in force but it is expected to be commenced on 1 June 2015 by Statutory Instrument. As part of our Corporate and Commercial Department’s education and awareness scheme George Kennedy, Senior Associate Solicitor, gave a presentation on the Act to the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), the global association of professional accountants, on 15th April 2015.
