Harry is an accredited CEDR Mediator and works with our team on varied commercial litigation cases such as professional negligence for the majority of leading insurers, judicial reviews, injunctions, section 61 applications and environmental cases. Recently we achieved a satisfactory resolution on behalf of an accountant’s professional indemnity insurer in respect of a multi-million euro action by two high profile celebrity clients arising from failed investments and deficient advices.
