Terence Heaney - Partner

Terry Heaney is a partner in the litigation department at Holmes O'Malley Sexton and joined the firm in 1999. He specialises in personal injuries defence litigation and commercial litigation, including breach of contract and property disputes.

Terry's main client base carries out business both locally and nationally. These clients include Irish based branches of international companies, insurance companies, loss adjusters, individual clients and construction companies.

Terry has extensive experience in advising clients on special legislative issues such as data protection.

Education:
Trinity College Dublin, BA Mod.
College of Commerce, Rathmines, Diploma in Legal Studies.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
Diploma in European Law.
