Robert Kennedy - Partner

Robert is a partner in the litigation department of Holmes O'Malley Sexton and joined the firm in 1994. He specialises in defence litigation in the Circuit and Superior Courts. He also advises our clients on employer's liability, insurance law, international business law and legal issues related to employment of non-resident workers.

Robert offers legal advice to a diverse group of local, national and international clients that operate within highly diverse business sectors ranging from local authorities to multinational corporations and international insurers.

Robert has extensive experience in advising on employment law, the law relating to the Motor Insurer's Bureau of Ireland, as well as Circuit Court practice and procedure.

Professional activities:
Robert is a frequent lecturer at the Law Society of Ireland, both at the Dublin and Cork facilities. He also gives presentations on Health and Safety & Welfare at Work.

Education:
University College Cork, Bachelor of Commerce.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
