Robert A. Bourke - Partner

Robert Bourke is a partner in our private clients department and has been working for Holmes O'Malley Sexton since 1986. He specialises in providing advice on a wide range of private clients areas, including commercial and private property transactions, personal injury actions for individuals, fatal injury actions, wills, trusts for residents and non-residents and administration of estate, including tax planning and probate law suits.

Robert mainly offers advice to private clients, local property developers, indigenous companies as well as UK and overseas law firms.

Robert is a qualified tax consultant (an associate member of the Institute of Taxation) and holds a MBA - Master of Business Administration.

Member of the Institute of Taxation.
Lecturer and consultant for the Law Society of Ireland, the University of Limerick and the Institute of Taxation.

University College Cork, BCL.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
Associate member of the Institute of Taxation.
