Peggy is a solicitor in our litigation department. She recently qualified as a solicitor after having worked for the firm as a legal executive. She specialises in defence litigation and professional negligence and has particular expertise in dealing with taxation of costs.
Peggy has experience of defending professional negligence claims in respect of matters concerning property law, family law, Statute of Limitations issues, defamation, wills, probate and succession law.
Through representing insurers and private clients Peggy has experience of conducting litigation in all courts. Recently Peggy successfully represented a large group of family members in a Hepatitis C Tribunal claim.
