Siobhán is a partner in our corporate and commercial department and joined the firm in 2004. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, employment, private equity, venture capital, intellectual property, information technology, public procurement, competition and public administrative law.
Siobhán acts for a broad range of clients including Irish and multinational private and public companies, venture capital and private equity investors, public authorities and commercial semi- state bodies.
