Tríona is a solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 2005. Tríona specialises in defence insurance litigation which encompasses road traffic, employer’s liability and public liability cases, and also undertakes personal injury defence litigation work for private clients.
She practices at all court levels but particularly in the District and Circuit Courts. She acts for insurance companies, statutory authorities, corporate entities as well as private clients.
Tríona frequently advises our clients on insurance law, civil procedure and common law as well as on statutory rights and duties. Tríona has conducted successful prosecutions on behalf of statutory bodies on a national basis.
