Michelle is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Department and joined the firm in 2007. She is a member of our Employment and Pensions Unit and specialises in employment, equality, industrial relations and pensions law. She also has considerable experience in commercial litigation.
Michelle acts for a wide range of clients including private companies, executives, pension trustees, universities and semi state bodies.
Michelle advocates on behalf of clients before the Rights Commissioner, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Equality Tribunal and Labour Court. She also represents clients before the Circuit Court and High Court.
Michelle also advises clients in relation to employment and pension law issues which arise in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
