Fiona is an associate solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 1996. She specialises in plaintiff personal injuries and employment litigation.
Fiona deals with personal injury actions arising from accidents at work, road traffic accidents and public liability claims. She advises clients on applications to the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and has extensive experience of representing clients in High Court and Circuit Court actions. She has also brought applications to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal on behalf of clients.
Fiona also advises on a wide range of employment matters to include unfair dismissals and redundancies and has represented clients at hearings before Rights Commissioners, Equality Officers, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Labour Court.
