Audrey Healy is a partner in our property department and joined the firm in 1984.
Audrey specialises in advising our clients on residential and commercial property transactions and conveyances, in respect of buying and selling, and on lending aspects in connection with property financing, such as mortgages and remortgages, and compulsory purchases (CPO’s). She is part of our banking unit, acting for a number of banks in respect of commercial lending. Audrey also specialises in wills and probate.
Audrey provides legal advice to a wide range of financial institutions, property developers and private clients. These clients operate both locally and throughout Ireland.
Limerick-based Holmes O’Malley Sexton’s widely praised team is ‘professional and supportive’, and one of the largest outside of Dublin. Joseph O’Meara and Audrey Healy are both ‘professional’ and ‘knowledgeable’.
