HOMS Solicitors are delighted to be sponsoring the HOMS Fittest Company Challenge as part of the Barringtons Hospital Great Limerick Run which will take place in Limerick on Sunday 30th April 2017. The Fittest Company Challenge is a fun, friendly and free competition amongst businesses and organisations as part of the main event. John Cleary, Director, Barringtons Hospital Great Limerick Run, said,

“The Great Limerick Run has become one of the largest participatory events in the country – HOMS Fittest Company Challenge brings another dimension to the event for individuals to compete and achieve their personal goals.“

In 2016, 140 companies of all sizes registered to take part and the competition was intense.

Companies are categorised according to employee numbers with points allocated per employee that cross the finishing line. Each employee who finishes a race, earns points per mile for their company.

The HOMS Solicitors Fittest Company Challenge is about investing in your employees. Research shows that wellness programs improve the health, morale and productivity of employees and enhance communication and loyalty.
