James I. Sexton - Consultant Solicitor

James Sexton co-founded Holmes O'Malley Sexton in 1970 and is currently working as a consultant solicitor in the firm's business department. James has played a vital role in the establishment and development of this department during the past many years.

With extensive experience in a broad range of legal areas, James specialises in company law, share purchase and sale, commercial contracts, public procurement and employment contracts.

James' main client base consists of local, multinational and subsidiaries of international corporations, as well as private individuals.

Education:
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
Qualified Mediator.
