John F. Hayes - Consultant Solicitor

Sean Hayes joined the firm as a partner in 1972.

Sean has more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation at all court levels but particularly in the Circuit and High Court. Sean specialises in defence litigation, professional negligence, arbitration and judicial review. He frequently advises our clients on insurance law, civil procedure, common law as well as on statutory rights and duties.

Sean's main client base consists of local, national and international companies and organisations, including financial institutions, universities, corporate employers and insurers.

Education:
N.U.I. Dublin, BCL and LLB.
University of Pennsylvania, LLM.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
