H. Pat Barriscale - Partner

Pat Barriscale is a partner and head of the litigation department of Holmes O'Malley Sexton. He joined the firm in 1980. Pat specialises in advising clients on a wide range of legal issues, ranging from insurance company defence litigation to plaintiff litigation as well as every aspect of family and employment law. Pat has the overall responsibility for the firm's debt collection department.

Since joining Holmes O'Malley Sexton, Pat has offered legal advice to a large and diverse group of clients, mainly consisting of locally based private clients and institutions.

Recent legal transactions, which Pat has been involved in, include licensing issues for locally based publicans and restaurateurs.

Professional activities:
Pat recently gave a lecture on legal issues related to employment at the law department of the University of Limerick.

University College Cork, BCL.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
