Our EU and competition law team specialises in advising clients on EU, competition and regulatory law. Our advisory work involves the review of commercial agreements to ensure their compatibility with Irish and European competition law. Acting for statutory bodies has led our firm to become involved in the legislative and regulatory drafting process. As advisors to Bord na gCon (the Irish Greyhound board), we have also gained an in-depth knowledge of the area of state aid.
