Donal M. Creaton - Partner

Donal Creaton is a partner in the litigation department at Holmes O'Malley Sexton. He specialises in defence litigation for corporate clients, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Donal joined the firm in 1987.

Donal advises a wide range of local, national and international clients across many different business sectors, ranging from insurance companies to local authorities and universities.

Donal has recently been successfully involved in a Supreme Court decision dealing with the issue of Delay in the Legal Process, on behalf of a client.

Professional activities:
Donal is the firm's representative to the International Lawyer's Network - a worldwide organisation, which facilitates clients doing business abroad by providing access to recommended lawyers in foreign jurisdictions.
Donal has previously given lectures to the Institute of Bankers.

Education:
University College Cork, BCL.
Certificate in Applied European Law.
Admitted to the Law Society of Ireland.
