William Donovan - Solicitor

William is a solicitor in our property department and joined the firm in April 2006.

William specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions and probate, advising property developers and private clients.

Recent transactions include the purchase, mortgage, and sale of residential and commercial property; residential and commercial leasing; ground rent applications; preparation and execution of wills; preparation and execution of enduring powers of attorney; extraction of grants of probate and letters of administration on the death of the owner of real estate or personal property and the distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries.

Professional activities:
A member of Galbally Voluntary Housing Association Regularly gives presentations on wills and estate planning to organisations including the ICA and various charitable institutions.
