Terry Heaney - Partner

Terry is a partner in our litigation department. Prior to joining the firm in 1999 he practiced as a litigation solicitor in Dublin for six years and was appointed a partner in our litigation department in 2004.

He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has extensive experience in dealing with contractual disputes, specific performance actions, property disputes and construction disputes. He also deals with professional negligence claims.

Terry's client base includes developers and construction firms in addition to individuals and companies operating businesses in the Mid West region.
