Siobhan Buckley - Partner

Siobhan Buckley is a partner in our business department and joined the firm in 2004.
Siobhan specialises in commerical and company law, acquisitions/disposals of private businesses and corporate finanace(including equity fundraisings and bank finance).

Siobhan also practises in the areas of public procurement, public administrative law, intellectual property law, pensions law, data protection and competition law.

Siobhan has provided legal advice to a wide range of financial institutions, SME's, start up companies, multi-nationals and public bodies. These clients operate locally, nationally and internationally.
