H. Pat Barriscale - Partner

Pat is a partner in our litigation department and joined the firm in 1980. Pat specialises in advising clients on a wide range of legal issues. He is principally involved in family law and employment law but has extensive experience in plaintiff litigation, insolvency and criminal law.

Since joining Holmes O'Malley Sexton, Pat has offered legal advice to a large and diverse group of clients, mainly consisting of locally based private clients and institutions.

His recent experience includes a number of high profile cases in the Commercial Court and the Chancery Division of the High Court.
