Dr Gordon A. Holmes – Chairman

Gordon co-founded Holmes O'Malley Sexton in 1970 and was managing partner for the firm for 30 years, until 2000 when he became chairman of the firm. His vast practice experience stretches over 50 years and includes numerous high profile positions such as being the first appointed state solicitor for Limerick city, as well as being solicitor to the Attorney General and holding many additional government posts.

Chairman Expert Group to advise Horse Sport Ireland on abuse of Equine Regulations
Director of the University of Limerick Foundation, the J.P. McManus Charitable Foundation, the Hunt Museum and the SCOR Group of Companies Numerous appointments to the board of commercial companies
