Caroline Browne – Solicitor

Caroline is a solicitor in our litigation department and joined the firm in 2001.

Caroline specialises in plaintiff personal injuries litigation.She represents private clients and companies in the District, Circuit and High Court. Caroline also specialises in preparation and execution of Wills and execution of enduring powers of attorney, extraction of grants of probate and letters of administration and the distribution of the estate to the beneficiaries, contentious probate and s117 applications.

Caroline deals with applications to the Personal Injuries Assessment Board and road traffic, employer liability and public liability claims
