Aisling Carr - Solicitor

Aisling is a solicitor in our Litigation department and joined the firm in 2006.

Aisling specialises in the area of family Law and represents clients in the District, Circuit and High Courts.

Aisling advises on all aspects of family law to include separation agreements, judical separation, divorce, uncontested divorce, nullity, guardianship custody and access, maintenance applications, domestic violence, child abduction, recognition of foreign divorces and co-habitation agreements.

Aisling also specialises in Licensing Law and advises and represents clients in respect of:

Application for new licence's
Renewal of licence's
Transfers of licence's
Hotel and Restaurant licence's
Bar extensions and special exemptions
Public dancing licence's
Music and Singing licence's
Crime and Road Traffic Offences

Aisling also represents clients in the District Court in respect of drink driving offences, public order offences and road traffic matters.
